Eligibility for Refunds
If Altivon Labs is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations, operational issues, or failure to fulfill committed responsibilities, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the project stage and completed work.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed fairly based on:
- Scope of work completed
- Agreed milestones and deliverables
- Communication records and approvals
- Project timeline and execution status
- Mutual agreement between both parties
Full Refunds
A full refund may be issued when:
- A project has not started
- Services cannot be delivered by Altivon Labs
- The engagement is canceled before meaningful work has begun
- Both parties mutually agree that the project should not proceed
Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply when:
- A portion of the agreed work has already been completed
- Resources, engineering hours, or infrastructure costs have already been allocated
- The project is paused or terminated after active development has started
In such cases, refund amounts will be determined based on completed deliverables and documented project progress.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not apply in situations including but not limited to:
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals
- Scope changes requested after project initiation
- Third-party service costs, hosting fees, APIs, software licenses, or infrastructure expenses already incurred
- Completed milestones that were approved by the client
- Strategic or technical recommendations already delivered as part of consulting engagements
Mutual Resolution First
We believe strong partnerships are built through communication and professional alignment.
Before any refund decision is finalized, both Altivon Labs and the client agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through structured discussion, project review, and clarification of expectations.
Our objective is always to reach a fair and mutually satisfactory outcome for both parties.
